The Education Council may, as it deems necessary, form task forces, teams, working groups, and special, ad hoc, and standing subcommittees to carry out its mission and responsibilities.

All three telecommunications subcommittee/working groups will be continuing the vision of the NEB*SAT Coordinating Council as they work to: A) Maximize access; B) Increase efficiency; C) Avoid duplication through statewide collaboration; and D) Resolve problems which arise through use of the network; and E) Continue to develop cooperative education programs.
